Eytan Nicholson is a graduate of Berklee College of Music’s Professional Music Program. While he has made his mark in artistic endeavors such as music, dance, and film, at heart Eytan is a creative entrepreneur. Winner of the MA SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, he is the driving force behind initiatives such as The Boston Song, Sugarbabies Inc., and Hamsa Projects.

Che Meriales
Program Director
Che Meriales holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from McGill University, with a double minor in Economics and Behavioral Science. She has completed coaching certificates in Leadership Development and Professional Coaching and is a Qualified Type Practitioner. Che has over 10 years experience as a Management Consultant and Project Manager for several Fortune 500 companies, and is an entrepreneur with her own private coaching practice.

Endure Dinish
Treasurer, Founder
Born as one of six siblings, raised in Seattle’s Central-District, and attending the iconic Garfield High School; Endure learned to balance open-mindedness and curiosity about the world with staying authentic to his culture.
Endure has been working for 5 years at Safe Streets USA, has 5 years of coaching football at Kennedy Catholic High School, 4 years as a counselor/mentor with the Lakeside Educational Enrichment Program (LEEP).

Elijah Mboho
Secretary, Founder
Born in Nigeria, Elijah Mboho Jr grew up in a small community that served as an orphanage caring for 800 children. While serving at the orphanage as a kid, Elijah found perspective in how difficult life was for the other children.
Elijah was gifted the opportunity to come to the United States and attend Berklee College of Music. He has since co-founded the music production company HAMSA, as a platform for launching quality art and fusing musical cultures between Africa, Europe, and the United States.

Akil Mondesir M.Ed
Vice President, Founder
Akil grew up in Boston, one of 12 siblings, with a multi-cultural foundation. Having graduated with his master’s degree in education leadership from Cambridge College, he now takes great pride in creating equity in education as the Bedford METCO Director.
His crowning achievement to date is being instrumental in creating the Tenacity Challenge - a very successful annual academic scholarship competition for students of color.
